All Puff and Wick orders are packed with great care and shipped from Illinois.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped using UPS and/or USPS

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Orders over $100 ship free

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Orders are packaged using recycled or reused materials to reduce waste while still ensuring your items arrive safely. 

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your items arrives damaged, please email us at puffandwick@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of items and packaging so we can evaluate the issue.
